These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Beezifi Inc. ("Beezifi," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of Beezifi Security — the API-based security gateway and web application firewall (WAF) platform (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing bandwidth, or making any call to the Service API, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Beezifi Security is a multi-tenant cloud platform that enables Customers to evaluate inbound HTTP
requests against configurable security rules — including IP allowlists and blocklists, geographic
filters, geofences, rate limiting, user-agent filters, and path filters — and receive real-time
ALLOW, BLOCK, or REDIRECT decisions via a JSON API (POST /api/v1/check). The Service
operates on a prepaid bandwidth model: Customers purchase bandwidth in advance, and each API call
deducts the corresponding request and response bytes from the Customer's balance.
To use the Service you must register a tenant account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access at security@beezifi.com. Beezifi is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
By registering, you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction; (b) you have the authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent to these Terms; and (c) all information you provide is accurate and will be kept current.
Access to the decision API (/api/v1/check) is controlled by API keys issued within
your tenant account. You are solely responsible for the security and authorized use of all API
keys associated with your account. Beezifi stores only the SHA-256 hash of each API key and
cannot recover a key after issuance — if lost, the key must be rotated. Bandwidth consumed via
any API key under your account is your responsibility regardless of whether the call was
authorized by you.
The Service operates on a prepaid, non-subscription model. There are no monthly fees. Customers purchase bandwidth in advance at the following volume-tiered rates:
The applicable rate is determined by the total volume of a single purchase transaction. "GB" means
gibibytes (1 GiB = 1,073,741,824 bytes). Bandwidth is measured as the sum of the JSON request
body and JSON response body bytes for each call to /api/v1/check. Purchased bandwidth
does not expire.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. By completing a purchase you authorize Beezifi to charge the selected payment method for the purchase amount. All sales are final. Prepaid bandwidth is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at Beezifi's sole discretion.
When your bandwidth balance reaches zero, API calls will be blocked and return an HTTP 402 response until additional bandwidth is purchased. Beezifi is not liable for any service interruption or damages arising from a depleted balance.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for the configuration of your security rules and the gateway decisions they produce. Beezifi does not review, audit, or take responsibility for the correctness, completeness, or legal compliance of your rule configurations. You agree to configure rules in a manner that complies with all applicable laws, including without limitation privacy laws governing the use of IP addresses, geolocation data, and user-agent strings.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service — including the collection of IP addresses, geolocation data, user agents, and request paths via the API — complies with all applicable privacy laws in the jurisdictions where you operate.
The Service, including all software, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and content, is owned by Beezifi Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.
Either party may terminate the account at any time. Beezifi may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activity, or if required by law. Upon termination: your API keys are revoked, access to the dashboard is disabled, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Prepaid bandwidth balances at the time of termination are forfeited unless termination was caused by Beezifi's material breach.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beezifi Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law; or (d) the security rules and gateway decisions you configure.
Beezifi reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any feature thereof) at any time with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington State for any dispute not resolved by mutual agreement. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Security Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beezifi regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Beezifi's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without Beezifi's prior written consent.
